The Full Story
On Campus Ministries is a non-profit group in Rohnert Park, Ca, devoted to the cause of supporting youth and college students in our community.
We, the founding members of On Campus, formed our board and began this journey, because of a common passion that we share for this young generation.
There are many faces to the On Campus vision, which ultimately is about creating healthy relationships with kids and connecting with them during the most confusing and emotional years of their lives. This can be through coaching, mentoring, teaching, counseling, etc.
We believe that the love shown to one kid can cause a ripple effect that starts in our own community but reaches the world. The most powerful gift we have to give them is hope. During a generation when more teenagers and young adults die from suicide than from cancer, heart disease, AIDS, birth defects, stroke, pneumonia, influenza, and chronic lung disease, COMBINED, we believe that hope is pretty crucial.
This is who we are and what we are about

Mission
On Campus Ministries exists to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to students by meeting them right where they are—on campus, after school, and in everyday life. We seek to build Christ-centered relationships, walking with young people through the pressures, doubts, and wounds they carry, and pointing them to the freedom and identity they can find in Him. Through mentoring, teaching, and safe spaces like the Sozo Student Center, we desire to make disciples who know they are loved by God and are equipped to love and serve others in His name.
Vision
Our vision is to create a growing network of student centers like Sozo—welcoming, relational spaces where teens can belong, get support, and discover their potential—while also coming alongside Christian clubs on middle school and high school campuses with encouragement, resources, and leadership support. As community partners and donors join this vision, we’re able to open more locations, strengthen campus clubs, and walk with more students through some of the most important years of their lives.
